Consumers Supply Company will attempt to honor requests for all returns, as customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please refer to the categories below for policy.
Returns
All returns require an authorized RGA number. Please contact us at (866)990-6080 for return authorization.
All returns must be in 100% re-saleable condition, uninstalled and in original packaging for a full refund. All items are subject to inspection upon return. Once inspected, credit will be issued.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All items are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
- All items from California Faucets items are non-returnable as they are all custom built.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Installed item's are non-returnable.
Exchanges
All exchanges must be in 100% resalable condition for exchange. All items are inspected upon receipt and quality is determined at our discretion.

- Free shipping over $99 is only applicable to the first order. Item's shipping out on an exchange will incur shipping costs.
Restocking Fees (applies to non-stock items)
We will only charge you a restocking fee if a manufacturer charges us one.

- Manufacturers with restocking fees include: Blanco, California Faucets, Toto, Williams.
Defective Merchandise
Please call us toll free at (866)990-6080 or contact us as soon as possible if you have any non-functioning merchandise.
We will do whatever it takes to get your product working or send you a replacement.
If the item is defective we will email you a free printable UPS label.
Damage Policy
- If you receive anything damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible at 1-866-990-6080 so we may arrange for a replacement shipment.
