Consumers Supply Company is located in Chicago, Illinois. We have a great central location to service our customers across the country. Our office and warehouse are directly connected, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in orders.

Ground shipping is FREE to the continental United States for any order over $99. Exclusions apply. Click here to learn more.

Defintions: Stock items: Item that "ships in 1 day". Non-stock items: Item that "ships in 2 days" or more.

 Schedule (when orders ship out)

• Stock items ordered before 2pm Monday-Friday, will ship out the same day.

• Stock items ordered after 2pm Monday-Friday, will ship out the next business day.

• Stock items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will ship out Monday.

• Non-stock items will ship as soon as we receive them.
  

• All orders ship when complete, unless requested otherwise.

• All California Faucets items going to the state of California have an additional 4-5 day lead time than posted.

 Time Frames (from our warehouse to your door)

• Orders sent “UPS Ground” average 3-7 business days.

• Orders sent “UPS 2 Day Air” average 2 business days.

• Orders sent “UPS Next Day Air” average 1 business day.

• All UPS Ground orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada may take longer than average.

• If you receive anything damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible at 866-990-6080 so we may arrange for a replacement shipment.
