1. What are your hours?
- Our location is open Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 1:30pm. If you need information outside of those hours, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
2.How do I know if the item is in stock?
- Each product will list its availability. If the item says it ships in “1 day" it is in stock and will ship immediately. You can also walk in to our store and pickup a stock item anytime!
- If the items says it ships in anything above "1 day” we have to order it direct from the manufacturer. All lead times are estimates but are based on our experiences with each manufacturer. We are constantly checking their inventory to make sure these numbers are accurate.

5. I received my item and it is damaged or doesn't work, what should I do?
- Contact us toll free at (866)990-6080. If the item is damaged we will arrange for a replacement. You will receive a free UPS return label.
- If the item doesn't work we will attempt to help you fix it first. We have in-house specialists who can solve almost any problem. If we can't solve it we will arrange for a replacement. You will receive a free shipping return label.
6. How do I cancel my order?
- Contact us immediately at (866)990-6080 to make sure we haven’t shipped it yet.
7. How can I track my order?
- We will email tracking information once your orders ships out. If you have lost that info please contact us and we’ll help you out.
8. Do you charge sales tax?
- Only for orders picked or shipped up with Illinois. There is no sales tax for orders outside Illinois.
9. Do you match prices from other websites?
