QWhat are your store hours?

We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm and Saturday 8am to 12pm. We are closed on Sundays.

QIs Consumers Supply open to the public?

Yes, we are open to the public. No contractor account or trade license is required to shop with us — homeowners, renters, and DIYers are all welcome in store and online.

QHow do I know if an item is in stock?

Each product page lists its availability. If it shows ships in “1 day,” it is in stock and ready to ship immediately. You can also walk into our store at 1110 W. Lake St., Chicago to pick up a stocked item anytime — no appointment needed.

QWhen will my order ship?

QI received a damaged item or one that doesn’t work. What should I do?

Contact us immediately at (312) 666-6080. If the item arrived damaged, please review our shipping damage policy. If the item is not functioning, we will help you troubleshoot or arrange a replacement under the product’s warranty policy.

QHow do I cancel my order?

Call us immediately at (312) 666-6080. We ship orders very quickly, so the sooner you reach us the better chance we have of catching it before it goes out.

QHow can I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have misplaced that email, call us at (312) 666-6080 and we will look it up for you.

QDo you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged only on orders picked up at our store or shipped within Illinois. Orders shipped outside of Illinois are not subject to Illinois sales tax.

QDo you match prices from other websites?

QDo I need a contractor account to shop at Consumers Supply?

No contractor account is required. We are open to the public and homeowners are always welcome — in store and online. Walk in anytime during store hours or order directly on our website.
